Unable to turn on debug logging:

# ipsec whack --ctlsocket /tmp/pluto.ctl --debug all
whack error: duplicated flag "ctlsocket"

The issue is fixed upstream: https://github.com/libreswan/libreswan/issues/1840

Makes debugging harder.

Steps to reproduce

1.  Run ipsec whack --ctlsocket /tmp/pluto.ctl --debug all

Expected results

Debug logging is enabled in pluto.

Actual results

Command fails.
