Rebase to xdg-desktop-portal 1.19.2.

This is important, because with recent rebase to xdg-desktop-portal 1.19.1, we introduced a regression in camera portal, where requests to access the camera will be automatically rejected in certain cases. This is essential for PipeWire camera support in Firefox.
