It appears initial-setup has been dropped from CentOS Stream 10, but it's not clear why. initial-setup allows us to ship an anaconda addon that includes a custom screen during installation to ask our users to configure some custom components, which is very useful. gnome-initial-setup has no such addon feature, so it's not a viable alternative for initial-setup.
Why was initial-setup excluded from CentOS Stream 10? Could this be reconsidered? It's apparently still being built as part of EPEL10, but we'd like to avoid depending on EPEL for initial installation.
