compiler-rt contains lots of broken symbolic links which point to non-existing files.

compiler-rt-14.0.6-1.module+el8.7.0+15816+ec020e8f.x86_64 and even on RHEL9.

> Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh install a RHEL8.
2. Enable rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms channel.
3. Install compiler-rt.
4. Check files under '/usr/lib64/clang/14.0.6/lib/linux'.
> Actual results:
Files with 'i386' in their names point to invalid files.
> Expected results:
No broken symbolic links.
> Additional info:
Need to handle the 'i386' files better.
