Steps to reproduce

Doing stable guest abi test from 9.6 to 10.0

After doing ping-pong migrate for several times.

The migration failed 

RHEL 9.6.0

kernel-5.14.0-548.el9.x86_64
qemu-kvm-9.1.0-8.el9.x86_64
edk2-ovmf-20241117-1.el9.noarch

RHEL 10.0

kernel-6.12.0-38.el10.x86_64
qemu-kvm-9.1.0-9.el10.x86_64
edk2-ovmf-20241117-1.el10.noarch

1. migrate guest from 9.6 to 10.0 and do ping-pong migration

Expected results

The test can finish well

Actual results

After doing several ping-pong migrate, the job failed, it's not related with machine type and I just give an example of 9.2.0

So far I didn't reproduce it by manual but I will update my results if I can reproduce it by manual.
