      Feature, enhancement: Split opensc to libs and tools
      Reason: In order to support smartcards in flatpak application we need to divide opensc to opensc and opensc-libs to avoid pulling dependency on systemd.
      Result: opensc and opensc-lib subpackages will be available instead of one opensc package

      It has already been done in fedora, now we need the same in RHEL10:
