Given a system administrator configures NetworkManager with a Linux bond in balance-slb mode attached to an OVS bridge,

      When they apply the configuration,

Then, NetworkManager should emit a warning about potential gARP issues and explain the impact on network reliability in failover scenarios.

      Definition of Done:

      • The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
      • Integration tests are written and pass
      • The code is part of a downstream build attached to an errata

When configuring a Linux bond on balance-slb mode it should emit a warning on NetworkManager when attached to a OVS bridge as there will be gARP issues. This is mainly because of the OVS and kernel FDB tables. NetworkManager cannot access the OVS FDB entries that might be needed to send gARP updates.
