This epic is used for support building and testing Apps&Stacks container
in RHEL 10 land.
The compose that can be used is mentioned here: http://storage.tft.osci.redhat.com/composes-production.html
Similar approach was done here: https://github.com/sclorg/container-common-scripts/issues/377 for support CentOS Stream 10.
