      Given that the libnma-gtk4-devel package is required to build NetworkManager-related packages in EPEL 10 (e.g., NetworkManager-openvpn, NetworkManager-l2tp),

      When a attempts to build these packages on RHEL 10 or CentOS Stream 10,

      Then the libnma-gtk4-devel package should be available in the CRB repository for RHEL 10 to make sure that the build process completes successfully.

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      Build packages in EPEL 10 that require libnma-gtk4-devel.   Specifically all of the NetworkManger-* packages. NetworkManger-{fortisslvpn,l2tp,openconnect,openvpn,pptp,sstp}

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      We are unable to build those packages without modifications.  Some modifications are more invasive than others.

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      libnma-1.10.6-9.el10

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      100%

      Steps to reproduce

      1. mock -r centos-stream+epel-10-x86_64 --rebuild NetworkManager-openvpn-1.12.0-2.fc41.src.rpm

      Expected results

      It should build, or at least have all the packages to be able to build

      Actual results

      No matching package to install: 'libnma-gtk4-devel'
