Goal

As a developer of CentOS/RHEL images, I want the latest erofs-utils, so that my images are smaller and take less time to build. CentOS Hyperscale and CentOS Alternative Images will be building live media using EROFS instead of SquashFS and to do so in a reasonably performant and space efficient manner, we need fixes that were introduced in the latest release.

• Verify erofs-utils v1.8.4 or newer is available
