      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      When attempting to use web apps such as Bitwarden in Firefox while FIPS is enabled, the web application fails to start.

      NOTE: This bug listing is spun off of listing RHEL-4208 as there was still behavior observed with certain web apps, but WebRTC functions work properly now.

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      Web Applications fail to start while FIPS is enabled.

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      firefox-128.5.1-1.el8_10

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      Consistent

      Steps to reproduce

      1.Configure RHEL machine using FIPS.

      2. Open Firefox and access a web app such as Bitwarden.

      3. Observe behavior as app throws the message:
      "An error has occurred. The operation failed for an operation-specific reason"

      Expected results:

      All web apps work regardless of if FIPS is enabled or not.

      Actual results:

      Certain apps do not work with FIPS enabled.
