upgrade centos 9 stream mail servers ... well no more mail servers rpms such as amavis ?

super easy, packages are gone

Steps to reproduce

1. install amavis/spamassassin on 9-stream and try to upgrade to 10-stream

Expected results

not trying to make users / operator to shift to another release would be a good idea
