Goal

As an EPEL packager of KDE Plasma, I want wayland-protocols upgraded to at least v1.39, so that building KDE Plasma will continue to work. This is particularly because ext-data-control is included in this release. Support is currently planned for KDE Plasma 6.3 releasing early next year.

Acceptance criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Verify wayland-protocols package is v1.39 or higher
• Verify ext-data-control protocol definition is included
