When booting from a disk with virito-scsi-ccw I should be able to update the loadparm with chreipl and read it with lsreipl.
Business justification
Why is this feature needed?
Because it's available on virtio-blk-ccw and at this point we have not statement that virtio-scsi-ccw is not supported for disks.
Impact to you
Almost none, I can always use virtio-blk-ccw instead. This is actually the recommended driver as far as I know.
What hardware or software does this enable?
N/A
If hardware, is it on-board in a system (eg, LOM) or an add-on card?
N/A
What is the business impact?
Not sure.
What market problems / audience does it address?
N/A
QE test plan
We test functionality of boot parameters, including loadparm, tests could be expanded to cover virtio-scsi-ccw

Additional information
AFAIK we recommend to use virtio-blk for disks and virtio-scsi only for cdrom. I'm not sure if virtio-scsi for disks needs to be supported.
