Install Satellite 6.17 (once available), ensure the `/var/lib/foreman_maintain/satellite_metrics.yml` file is present there (it will be generated by some cronjob, not immediately after install, check `satellite-maintain` package content for the cronjob details).

Then call `sos report` and ensure it collects the file.

.`sos` now collects the Satellite metrics file for improved support diagnostics

The `foreman-installer` plugin of `sos` now collects the `satellite_metrics.yml` file located at `/var/lib/foreman-maintain/` directory. It provides insight into which features of Satellite are in use and in what scale.

      Goal

As a RH engineer I want sos-report to collect the satellite metrics file (/var/lib/foreman_maintain/satellite_metrics.yml) so that when I debug some issue, I know what features of Satellite are used and in what scale.

      Acceptance criteria

Running a sos-report on a machine which has /var/lib/foreman_maintain/satellite_metrics.yml available will report a tarball, that contains this file. If the file is not present, sos-report will ignore it.
