      1. boot with bluetooth service enabled

      No systemd warnings

      Actual results

      Dec 17 11:42:36 systemd[2600]: ConfigurationDirectory 'bluetooth' already exists but the mode is different. (File system: 755 ConfigurationDirectoryMode: 555)

      Appears to have been fixed in Fedora with
      bluez-5.70-3.fc39
