The acl and attr packages explicitly mentioned in the list of default packages on Fedora Silverblue and Workstation. Therefore, they should be included in the toolbox image as well.

Currently, acl is already a part of the toolbox image, so we only need to test for it, and attr is absent, so it needs to be added.
