      Expected results

      Actual results

      nvme-cli compiling needs the new ioctl definition found in the kernel patch, the compiling will check to see if IOC_OPAL_SET_SID_PW is defined, add BuildRequires dependency to build the nvme-cli on the kernel which has IOC_OPAL_SET_SID_PW.
