Given an insights-client package is not installed in a system
When I open Subscriptions Page
Then I do not see any text related to Insights service.

Customer does not know anything about Insights. Event that some Insights service exists.

I feel that if a customer sees something like:
'Insights: package insights-client is not installed - no info' is more explanatory than an empty field.
The customer will not know that some insights service exists either.
