Goal

As a packager of desktop environments in Fedora EPEL, I want RHEL to provide the base-graphical comps group like Fedora does, so that desktop environment EPEL groups can be synchronized with Fedora with minimal fuss.

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Verify base-graphical comps group exists
• Verify base-graphical contains the same packages in RHEL that the Fedora one has
