      One of the processes crashed, in journalctl saw Permission denied error for systemd-coredump

      No direct impact on certification tests

      It can be reproduced in rhel-bootc image whenever process crashes

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Execute kill -11 <pid> command
      2. Check journalctl log

      Expected results

      No issues should be printed with systemd-coredump
