      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      rhceph8 causing a segfault on IBM Z and Power architectures when compiled using GCC 11 on rhel9 using `-flto=auto` option.

       

      This bug was also observed in other platforms, and now the fix is available in GCC 14. https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=113359

      Could you please backport this fix to GCC 11?

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      rhceph builds for ibmz and power are causing segfaults and hence cannot run it on the platforms.
