What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Previously the command /usr/bin/ansible-test was part of the ansible-core package. In this update it was moved to a new ansible-test subpackage. However, that subpackage is not being shipping in the compose, which results in that command no longer being available.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

An EPEL maintainer is trying to ship ansible-packaging in EPEL 10. It has a subpackage ansible-packaging-test that has a requirement on /usr/bin/ansible-test. It currently installs by resolving to older builds of ansible-core that still contain that command, but then results in errors on the next update.
