The latest development build of the base UBI image for RHEL 9.5 at registry.redhat.io/ubi9/ubi:9.5 and similarly for RHEL 9.4 at introduced some new packages that had their content stripped out.

Therefore, it's likely that this is going to be a problem for RHEL 9.6 also.

Even if it's not a problem for RHEL 9.6 right now, there's no harm in updating the list of packages that potentially had their content stripped out, and it's easier to maintain the images if the sources are kept synchronized across the different RHEL branches as much as possible.
