Description of problem:
On my recent RHEL 9 install on my machine the keyboard backlight is not controllable. Additionally, the intel graphics driver is not loaded, which may be the reason why this is not working. I'm currently running a Clevo L141PU with a 12th gen intel processor: i7-1255U

How reproducible:
Start RHEL 9 on a 12th generation intel laptop and try to change the screen brightness

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to RHEL 9 on your laptop
2. Try to change the screen brightness

Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Change in screen brightness
