      Description of problem:
Can't cancel conversion on p2v client if the v2v conversion server is ovirt node

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      virt-v2v-1.38.2-10.el7.x86_64
      libguestfs-1.38.2-10.el7.x86_64
      virt-p2v-1.38.2-3.el7.iso

      How reproducible:
      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1.Install OS on physical machine
      2.Boot host into virt-p2v client
3.Input info of v2v conversion server which is installed vdsm (ovirt node)and pass the test connection
4.Input conversion info ,then start conversion
5.The conversion can't be continued because user can't input info in GUI interface of p2v client (same problem with bug1507901 ), so try to cancel the conversion via click cancel conversion button and then confirm the cancel, but p2v client has no response for the cancel

      Actual results:
      As above description

      Expected results:
Can cancel conversion on p2v client successfully if the v2v conversion server is ovirt node and show dialog box "Conversion failed: cancelled by user"

      Additional info:
Can cancel conversion on p2v client successfully if the v2v conversion server is not ovirt node
