      There are multiple unit tests included in the nodejs source, that can be run as early as possible, ideally during the build of the RPM.

      This should not cause random failures of the build or prolong the build too much thought, so we should be sure that the unit tests runs reasonably quick and is stable. That means, running some sub-set of tests is fine for start.

      It should also be possible to turn off running the suite temporarily (by an RPM variable).
