UEFI VM of Windows Hyper-V 2016 server does not boot since kernel-5.14.0-407.el9

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

         Customer reported that the boot fails after installing RHEL-9.4.z in the vm of Windows 2016.

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

        System fails to boot

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

        kernel-5.14.0-427.13.1.el9_4

        Boot succeeds with kernel-5.14.0-406.el7 whereas Boot fails with kernel-5.14.0-407.el9.

        Bisection shows below commit/Y-Commit is a culprit.
