If the ansible-freeipa-collection sub package has been installed, an update to the ansible-freeipa package providing the collection is failing with conflicts as there is no provides and obsoletes for the old collection sub package.

The build requirement for ansible-core is using the wrong version 1.15.0 instead of 2.15.0.

The ansible-core packages in RHEL-9+ are also having an epoch of 1.
