[RFE] Enhance systemd-journal-remote with options to allow definition of retention policies similar to what is available on systemd-journald for local journals.

Goal

Latest upstream version added options "MaxUse=, KeepFree=, MaxFileSize=, and MaxFiles=" to control the size of the remote journals.
In addition, the customer requires to set up time based policies for the retention of the remote logs like "MaxFileSec=, MaxRetentionSec=", as the ultimate goal will be to have a centralized journal repository replacing any other current alternatives (e.g. centralized syslog servers, etc)
