What were you trying to do that didn't work?

When the IPA framework writes a specific file, it does not set explicit permissions, relying instead on the system's umask. This behavior results in inconsistent permissions based on the system's umask setting

What is the impact of this issue to you?

This inconsistency can lead to incorrect file permissions, potentially causing unexpected behavior or security concerns

      How reproducible is this bug?:

Dependent on the system's umask setting
