      1. Proposed title of this feature request

[RFE] sosreport - login plugin to include output with `-F`

      2. Who is the customer behind the request?

There is no customer behind this request.

      3. What is the nature and description of the request?

Invoking the command `last` with the `-F` flag will give all timestamps expanded so that they are human-readable whereas without using it, someone must run the calculations on its own. It would be more useful to have the human readable format; if not for all variations of the `last` command collected, at least for one full output from that command with the `-F`.

Currently, the output looks as follows:

      [root@fastvm-rhel-9-3-219 ~]# last | tail
      root     pts/0        192.168.90.1     Tue May 21 18:11 - 18:12  (00:00)
      reboot   system boot  5.14.0-427.16.1. Tue May 21 18:11 - 18:50 (16+00:38)
      root     pts/1        192.168.90.1     Tue May 21 14:44 - 18:11  (03:26)
      root     pts/0        192.168.90.1     Tue May 21 14:44 - 18:10  (03:26)
      reboot   system boot  5.14.0-427.16.1. Tue May 21 14:44 - 18:11  (03:26)
      root     pts/1        192.168.90.1     Tue May 21 11:32 - 14:43  (03:11)
      root     pts/0        192.168.90.1     Tue May 21 11:29 - 14:43  (03:14)
      reboot   system boot  5.14.0-362.8.1.e Tue May 21 11:28 - 14:43  (03:15)

      wtmp begins Tue May 21 11:28:43 2024

With `-F` flag, it would looks as follows:

      [root@fastvm-rhel-9-3-219 ~]# last -F | tail
      root     pts/0        192.168.90.1     Tue May 21 18:11:37 2024 - Tue May 21 18:12:32 2024  (00:00)
      reboot   system boot  5.14.0-427.16.1. Tue May 21 18:11:27 2024 - Thu Jun  6 18:50:14 2024 (16+00:38)
      root     pts/1        192.168.90.1     Tue May 21 14:44:31 2024 - Tue May 21 18:11:06 2024  (03:26)
      root     pts/0        192.168.90.1     Tue May 21 14:44:31 2024 - Tue May 21 18:10:45 2024  (03:26)
      reboot   system boot  5.14.0-427.16.1. Tue May 21 14:44:23 2024 - Tue May 21 18:11:08 2024  (03:26)
      root     pts/1        192.168.90.1     Tue May 21 11:32:23 2024 - Tue May 21 14:43:41 2024  (03:11)
      root     pts/0        192.168.90.1     Tue May 21 11:29:02 2024 - Tue May 21 14:43:41 2024  (03:14)
      reboot   system boot  5.14.0-362.8.1.e Tue May 21 11:28:43 2024 - Tue May 21 14:43:44 2024  (03:15)
      wtmp begins Tue May 21 11:28:43 2024

      4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

There is no customer behind this request, but it would probably make life easier for those analyzing the information contained in a sosreport.

      5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

      N/A

      6. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.

Simply by collecting a sosreport using a package which includes the fix and unpacking it to confirm the plugin includes human readable time stamps.

      7. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?

      Not that I could find.

      8. Does the customer have any specific timeline dependencies and which release would they like to target (i.e. RHEL8, RHEL9)?

      No.

      9. Is the sales team involved in this request and do they have any additional input?

      No.

      10. List any affected packages or components.

      Sos package

      11. Would the customer be able to assist in testing this functionality if implemented?

I could help with testing if necessary.
