Given a system administrator is configuring a connection with NetworkManager,

When they quickly reactivate a connection with the `dhcp-send-release` option set to yes,

Then, NetworkManager must activate the connection without crashing.

      Definition of Done:

      • The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
      • Integration tests are written and pass
      • The code is part of a downstream build attached to an errata
