      Description

      This is mostly a testing and verification EPIC. CNI will no longer be available on RHEL 10. It will be available on RHEL 9.*. For this epic, a RHEL 9.6 host must be set up with CNI as its networking interface. A number of images and containers should be created.

      Then upgrade the machine to RHEL 10.0 GA.  Validate that the network is now netavark and that the images and containers are usable.

      If the containers are not usable, verify that a newly created container has network access after being made from an image on local storage.
