      The `python-pyasn1` package has been updated to version 0.6.1. The update includes various enhancements and bug fixes, including:

      * Support of Python 3.13
      * Removed support of Python 2.7, 3.6, 3.7
      * Improved error handling and consistency

      We need to update the packages:

      • python-pyasn1 to version 0.6.1
      • python-pyasn1-modules to version 0.4.1

      Also, sync a spec file with Fedora for consistency.
