ipa-healthcheck has tests which call fips-mode-setup

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      The ipa integration test integration/test_ipahealthcheck.py::TestIpaHealthCheck::test_ipa_healthcheck_fips_enabled calls fips-mode-setup to verify the FIPS state.

      This command has been removed from RHEL 10.0 so the test needs to be adjusted.

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      Tests will fail.
