      Goal

Have a possibility to get logs from viofs kernel driver

      Acceptance criteria

      https://github.com/virtio-win/kvm-guest-drivers-windows/tree/master/Tools/trace

Readme.txt contains instructions for collecting and decoding logs

Use PDB from the installation media (any of latest builds) and viofs script.

2 utilities from WDK (64-bits) attached to the issue, probably it is good idea to place them to the tools ISO.

      Note:

The files are added to the upstream repository but they do not affect the build of the drivers, you can use these scripts with any reasonable build.
