What were you trying to do that didn't work?
- When starting with a minimal install machine, and installing gnome-kiosk, the installation goes through. But, gnome-kiosk installation doesn't check if Gnome is installed on the machine as a dependency.
Either gnome-kiosk should not proceed with the installation
or
gnome-kiosk installation should install Gnome as a part of its dependencies.
What is the impact of this issue to you?
Creates confusion when the GUI doesn't work post gnome-kiosk installation.

How reproducible is this bug?:
Everytime.
Steps to reproduce
- On a RHEL 9 minimal install build
- install gnome-kiosk
- Notice no Gnome packages are installed as dependency for GUI
Expected results
Either gnome-kiosk should not proceed with the installation
or
gnome-kiosk installation should install Gnome as a part of its dependencies.
Actual results
gnome-kiosk installation goes through and GUI doesn't work as the core components of Gnome and Gnome in itself does not get installed with gnome-kiosk installation.
