Drop unused build dependencies in Xwayland in el10

      Xwayland 24.1 has no support for EGLStream anymore, but the dependency on wayland-eglstream-protocols in the spec file for the package was left.

      This is a request to remove the leftover dependencies from the spec file just like this was done in Fedora.
