Additional requests to request token for each run of the agent, which increase based on the amount of AWS resources created in the Pacemaker cluster.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an AWS resource in Pacemaker

Expected results

Only requests new token when the old one has expired.

Actual results

Requests new token for every start/stop/monitor action of every AWS resource defined in the cluster.
