Please consider adding the rpmdevtools package to UBI. It makes working with RPM and .spec files a lot easier in the context of continuous integration systems.

For example, I frequently use it when repackaging opensource software that ships with its own .spec file to automatically download the necessary source files through rpmdevtools' `rpmdev-spectool` command. I also use it when I need to quickly bootstrap a packaging environment using `rpmdev-setuptree`.
