What were you trying to do that didn't work?

OpenScanHub (OSH) tried to SAST scan the bcc package: https://cov01.lab.eng.brq2.redhat.com/osh/task/618112/

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      bcc-0.28.0-5.el9

      How reproducible:

      Easily

      Steps to reproduce

      mock --init
      mock --install clippy
      mock --no-clean --rebuild bcc-0.28.0-5.el9.src.rpm

      Expected results

      Successful build.

      Actual results

error: could not find `Cargo.toml` in `/builddir/build/BUILD/bcc-0.28.0/libbpf-tools/blazesym` or any parent directory
      make: *** [Makefile:162: /builddir/build/BUILD/bcc-0.28.0/libbpf-tools/blazesym/target/release/libblazesym.a] Error 101
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.tMJGkx (%build)

      Impact

This bug prevents the bcc package from being automatically SAST scanned in OSH.
