In a RHEL 10 desktop environment, if you click the "Red Hat Subscription Manager" app launcher, nothing happens - no app is launched, and no web page is opened.

This is likely because subscription manager is launching cockpit-desktop, which looks for a browser. The only browser that will be present in RHEL 10 is Firefox, which will be packaged as a Flatpak.

I'm reporting this against cockpit because making cockpit-desktop find the Firefox Flatpak is probably the best way to fix this issue.

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      subscription-manager-1.30.2-1.el10.src.rpm
      cockpit-327-2.el10.src.rpm

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install RHEL 10
      2. Install Firefox as a Flatpak
      3. Click the "Red Hat Subscription Manager" launcher

      Expected results

      Subscription manager launches.

      Actual results

Nothing happens - no app launches.

If you run `sudo ln -s /var/lib/flatpak/exports/bin/org.mozilla.firefox /usr/bin/firefox` then it fixes the issue.
