What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Sosreport -o login --clean  command takes 2  hours to obfuscate output files `lastlog` and `lastlog_-u_65537-4294967295`
The system has 31K+ users with UUID 65537 onwards.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

Complete obfuscation of Sosreport hangs and can not be collected.

How reproducible is this bug?:

Steps to reproduce

1.  Have large number of users locally in system so as to have 31K lines listed by lastlog command 
2.  Run command `# sosreport --clean`.

Expected results

The command should complete after some time.

Actual results

The command hangs for complete sosreport.
The command takes 2 hours for '-o login'
The command completes quickly for '-n login'
