ipa-server-install with integrated dns is failing.

1.  ipa-server-install --setup-dns

Expected results

Installation should pass

Actual results

Installation fails with the error.

created new /etc/named.conf
created named user config '/etc/named/ipa-ext.conf'
created named user config '/etc/named/ipa-options-ext.conf'
created named user config '/etc/named/ipa-logging-ext.conf'
