Description

This Epic tracks activities which enables RHEL 9 to RHEL 10 in-place upgrade on CCSP machines in PAYG billing mode.
PAYG is uses RHUI, but there are plans to replace it with AutoregV2. The timeline of the replacement is unclear, however both solution will work in parallel for some period of time. Check latest staus of this replacement (BIZ-535, BIZ-692 and BIZ-693) before start work on this.
