Splitting from https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-14087 as there are still some issues identified by aday@redhat.com with the Red Hat Fonts that should be fixed for 10.0

• Monospace and tabular 0s have a slash, which doesn't look right. Apparently Patternfly changes this.
• In Fedora, Red Hat Mono Regular is italized

The real assignee here should be the upstream maintainers of those fonts that this issue should only be about getting the changes into RHEL 10 once they're implemented upstream.
