Hello,

We are installing SAP products on Red hat 84/90/92 and we are frequently getting zypper lock timeout issues and because of which our installs are failing, and frequency is high for this. We are using Ansible for installing SAP.

Even though when it is first step wherein zypper is involved, it says, it is locked by zypper and however it should not be the case. 

We need to understand why we are frequently getting these errors and how to mitigate it so that installs can be successful?

Impact- Reliability low 

I have system available with me which has this problem.
