Enable PipeWire camera backend by default in Firefox for RHEL

      We plan to support IPU6 in RHEL 10. This relies on Firefox using PipeWire camera backend by default, because MIPI cameras don't work with V4L2.

      We won't be able to make the switch in Firefox upstream, but we can try to enable it in RHEL. We just need to make sure there are no issues and try to figure out some basic testing, because currently this is all tested manually.
