Partitioning test is unreliable

      The test randomly fails with

      FAIL - Something went wrong when running the Partitioning test!!

      When comparing logs of the failed and successful runs I can also see

      [WARNING] Measurement threads did not use the full time slot. Doing a controlled stop.

      in the failed run and

      [ERROR] [cyclictest] Max latency(36990us) exceeded histogram range(3500us). Skipping statistics
[ERROR] [cyclictest] Increase number of buckets to avoid lost samples

      in the successful run. (yeah, I know, error in successful run, but this error is in logs of all successful tests)
